~ JOHN MARCON'S TRAINS ~
2000 - 2008

Below are some photos of my father's trainset that he worked on for about 7 years. He put thousands of hours into this creation and its been a wonderful hobby for him now that he is fully retired. The layout was completely designed by himself and many of the buildings were created from scratch. In November & December of 2007 some people from classic toy trains, a national toy train magazine, came to take photos and interview him for a full article! The article should be published in Autumn 2008 or Spring 2009. Underneath some of the photos are quotes from my father about some of the ideas and inspirations behind the setups.
